I support several platforms for designing websites including static web pages, WordPress and Joomla. I am a firm believers in Joomla! as the best Content Management System available. All of my packages are created with Joomla by default if you wish to have another CMS a simple HTML site, or a full flash site I can create a site with your specified parameters.

I have developed a system that will help in every phase of the design process. I would first like to meet in person where possible to go over the details. Where that is not an option, I will need you to complete the phases using my online system. Below is a layout of how my process works and the steps I have in place to keep within the time restrictions and generate a quality product.

Phases of Construction:

The first phase is the Information Gathering phase. I will send you a "Project Planning Worksheet" that will ask you all the questions I will need in order to get up to speed with your design ideas.

Design Phase:

After I have gathered all the above information, I am then able to move on to creating a preliminary design for your review. This can take from 2 to 14 days, depending on the size of the site and the amount of detail that is needed. Once the layout has been created, you will be able to get a first look at your website layout. I can then correct any ideas that may have been lost in translation, or allow you the freedom to make any changes you would like. All development is done either on a live website or on a development platform where you can monitor and make suggestions from start to finish.

Post design:

Due to time constraints I only allow 3 post design adjustments to be made. That is why during the design Phase it is key that you organize your ideas, content , and images. Giving me as much detail as you can in order to complete the design Phase as quickly and accurately as possible.

Construction phase:

This phase will be a very exciting part of the build where you will see it all come together with your content and images. At the end of this phase it is just a matter of tweaking elements and fine tuning the final website. Then you will have a complete functioning website and will be able to access your admin area and begin tweaking elements yourself. Depending on your package., at this point you are ready to start taking orders and adding more content.

SEO phase:

This final phase is a basic SEO primer (organic SEO) that is included in each and every website package that I offer. Depending on the package you ordered, this may be as far into the SEO of your site I will go. However it will be perfect for most websites that do not require the more advanced attention of an advanced SEO package.

For basic sites and sites that offer a local service this will (for the most part) be enough to get your website placed properly in the major search engines. For more complex websites, on going support and tuning may be necessary to ensure complete saturation and exposure to the search engines.
